Today, let's make this cafe style Veg 99 Recipe, which is a rare Indo Chinese Starter, which is a super Crunchy Recipe!

Veg 99 Ingredients:
Veggies - cabbage, carrot, onion, beans - handfull each
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste
Garlic - 4 cloves chopped
Green Chilli - 2 chopped
GG Paste - 1 tsp
Maida - 3 + 2 tbsp (quantity changes)
Corn Starch - 6 + 3 tbsp (quantity changes)
Water - to form a dough
Oil - to fry
For Spicy Sauce - Oil - 2 tbsp
Ginger - 1 inch chopped
Curry Leafs - 10
Dry Red Chilli - 4
Green Chilli - 3 slit
Garlic - 3-4 tbsp chopped
Red Chili Powder (kashmiri / non spicy) - 1 tbsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Coriander Fresh - 2 tbsp chopped
Spring Onion Greens - 1 tbsp chopped
Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp
Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp (optional)
Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
Water - ½ cup
MSG - 1 pinch (optional)
Red Food Color - 1 pinch
Corn Starch - 1 tbsp
Coriander Fresh - to garnish

If u want those pieces to be crunchy when u eat it then - fry it one time - keep aside, make the sauce. Now when ever u r about to serve then just heat up the oil, fry for the second time n heat up the sauce n mix both. Otherwise it will be soggy. That's how they do it in restaurants n that's y manchurians, lollipops r so crunchy. Learned this frm my own experience

Chicken 65 was first introduced in bukhara hotel in chennai. Every new year they release a new recipe. In the new year 1999 they released chicken 99 ( boneless)... and they named it after the year. My source - sutralam suvaikalam program which u can get it in you tube.

sandur santosh Kumar dont try . I tried but it does not came out well. I also tried paneer 65 in hyderabadi style . I waste my money to buy paneer. I just add crct ingredients without missing any one . I also did garlic bread it also does not came out well. So plz dont try just watch this its ok .
