External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar read out PM Narendra Modi's message on terror at the SCO Summit as Pakistan PM Shehbaz Sharif and Chinese president Xi Jinping listened. S Jaishankar called for a decisive response to cross-border terrorism. In a subtle message to China, he said, “We have also agreed not to take any measures contrary to the principles of state sovereignty and territorial integrity." Watch.
