Ok jokes aside for a sec, when he confronts Tess (thinking it’s Anna obviously) about how she’s been acting and the “you’re too young for me” really must’ve stabbed Tess. Throughout the movie she viewed herself as a mature and flawless women, and she undervalued and underestimated Jake thinking he’s just some shitty boy. To have him tell her her fault and even calling her childish was really a shocking wake up call for her.

Chad Michael Murray was so beautiful in this movie! 🥰😍😘❤ I just love his haircut in this movie! But my favorite haircut of his is at the end of season 4. 🥰

1:45 Jake is probably doing community service hours for high school graduation. Which is the only explanation as to why a high school student, like Jake, works there after school. Plus, doing service around the community is a high school graduation requirement…which I think is unfair. 👨🎓 😤

1:32 I half want to say to the mum 'you went to school in the 70s, you've seen long hair on guys girl.' I know I know, she's looking out for her daughter in which ever way she knows how, but as we saw she keeps missing the mark because she doesn't know too much about contemporary teens and she needs to trust her daughter a bit more.

How about you don’t take a Disney movie that was made 19 years ago seriously and critique what you view rather than mindlessly supporting what you are told to enjoy. It’s creepy nonetheless , she is an adult and he is a teenage boy with feminine hair, but I suppose it’s normal for hollywood and you have been conditioned to believe that it’s okay. You have to admit it, it’s kinda funny though. I mean if he got a little too friendly with your mom, you can’t tell me you wouldn’t at least be weirded out.

No he’s not he fell for Anna for her mind. He felt a strong connection to her “mom” because it was Anna in her moms body. Once Anna transferred back he never looked at the mom again in that light.
