Great video. I'm glad you are liking Denver. I live in Lakewood, CO and work in downtown Denver. You may already know this but be careful with your car in Denver. Catalytic converter theft is big for Prius and Honda Elements (that's what I drive). My catalytic converter got stolen twice in downtown Denver on a busy street in the middle of the day. I have a catalytic converter shield now, so no more thefts for me. Keep exploring and safe travels!

If downtown is too much, belmar or Northfield may be more your speed. Open air malls.

Awesome video Jake. I enjoyed taking the drive to Boulder to doordash around there. Beautiful views, great people, found a few spots I liked to eat at. And made on avg 30 an hour. Man I love Colorado haha

I highly recommend Longmont, CO like an hour north of Denver, you can also head West to west CO and go to Durango and then start heading north up through Silverton and Ouray, then make your way up to Montrose then Grand Junction

Careful parking downtown there is ticket officers that frequently go around on segways. I always avoided downtown when delivering in a car. Also downtown is just a pain in the A.. For deliveries 😅 many of the surrounding Denver areas are usually pretty decent though.

I find it really cool watching you apply your revenue paths from Dallas into a whole new metro area in a new state! I myself am interested in the car/van life and did it for a year during the pandemic. To often car/van life is focused on boondocking and NOT on urban lifestyle. I really enjoy your content and it is highlighting a whole new (urban) car lifestyle that is hard to find real life examples of how it can be possible! Keep up the good and hard work, it's much appreciated. You live in the heart of Denver RENT FREE... well rent free on sundays only but rest of the week seems pretty cheap too! haha. Oh and I bet you could park at a park and ride on the LRT line for FREE pay a few bucks for a transit ticket and then access that Planet Fitness as well. Though with a Prisus I'm sure your noth that bothered by gas prices as most of us non-hybrid drivers are haha.

Of all the places I can't believe you ended up seeing that Jazz band outside of Sloan's Lake. They were playing there in May of 2020 as people were 1st coming out of the original lockdown and it was the vibe.

oh nice, my band “El Paso Lasso” is headlining a gig at joyride brewery on 7/16. its right next to Sloan’s Lake. its their 8th anniversary party. they close down a couple of blocks, set up a big stage, and have food trucks and music all day friday, sat, and sunday that weekend.

Clement Park would be a nice place to go. It has a skate park , a trail around the lake, sheltered picnic spots and a beautiful sunset view.

That Chinese food looked good; 5:27 I think that was a sliced Brussel sprout, pretty crunchy and tasty, usually I always feel weird when I downtown deliver too, parking all illegal or whatever like my car is going to disappear but thank God that never happens Some Restaurants be hard to find sometimes too, located in nondescript shopping malls, no signs, ugh it can be stressful but it’s money 💰 I’m glad to see you get back into the delivery game, I’ve started doing it more recently and feel good about making money again,too. Are you planing on staying in Denver for a bit? There are actually churches that you can park at overnight, if you are living in your car. I have done tons of research and also own an 2013 Prius, with that being said, I highly recommend Mile Hybrid for all Prius work. I also recommend places outside of Denver, there are a lot of parks that you can hang out. Wheel Park in Aurora is awesome. Let me know if I can answer or help you out with any journeys. FYI, locals try to stay away from downtown as it is very touristy and lots of crime. I have lived in the Denver/Aurora area for over 25 years and rarely go downtown.
