You made that look so easy! I’ve seen a few videos of people using a dremel with just sanding bit. They use a router attachment to get the correct depth. Gets really messy though

When you're putting permanent sticky things on plastic, you need to clean the mold release fluid residue off first. An alcohol pad works a treat. Even 10 year old car interior plastic bits have mold release fluid still on them (as well as residue of whatever vapors have been in the car).

...what was the round tool you used to cut "finger-grab" holes? ...where do you get one? (please don't say on-line) ...do they come in different diameters? ...good video!

Did you do all of the cut outs for the top piece, or is there someone that sells the stacked foam set with the top piece already cut?

Unless I'm missing something (and I may very well be), this only works this cleanly with the Kaizen layered foam, that's made to separate. The Milwaukee foam I purchased, doesn't separate, so you have to dig out EVERYTHING. You can't just cut an outline, then peel the layers off. So, to anyone looking at the Milwaukee foam, be very wary of it......that's what you're getting yourself into. The outline itself will come out clean, but everything else will be a complete mess. I'm incredibly disappointed with Milwaukee in this aspect. It's cut to fit the Packout chests nicely, but, the irony is that, ANY foam can be cut to fit the Packout boxes nicely.
