12:22 12:24 12:25 Need of hour to add clause in Anti Defection Law to recover the amount incurred on election from legislators who resigned without completion of tenure of five years and either candidate who remained second place during that election will be considered elected or expenditure incurred by Government may be recovered from legislators who prematurely resigned. MP of Jalandhar may move Bill in parliament to add clause in Anti Defection Law to the effect. This reform may save government money and time of the people. Jai Hind Jai Bharat 8:54
