Jalapeno Pie / How to Eat Canned Jalapenos / Keto Friendly / Low Carb Low Calorie / Easy Recipe / Fast Recipe
Ingredients / Supplies:
1 - 7 oz can jalapenos
1 c. shredded cheese - 1/2 monterey jack & 1/2 cheddar
4 beaten eggs
salt
Layer ingredients above in order of which they appear in:
Lightly greased 10x 6 casserole dish
Place dish on cookie sheet - on wire rack - level 2
Convection Humid at 325 for 25 minutes, then ENJOY!
* if using regular oven - place oven safe bowl of water on lower rack for added moisture while cooking - set regular oven to 350 for 25 minutes.
If using convection only oven - use the bowl of water and set to 325 for 25 minutes
