Ingredients:
- 3 Cups All-Purpose Flour (Maida)
- 3 tbsp Semolina (Sooji)
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
- 1 & 1/4th cup of Water
Steps:
1. Mix all-purpose flour, semolina, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
2. Add clarified butter and mix well.
3. Gradually add water and knead to form a smooth dough.
4. Grease the dough with clarified butter, cover, and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
5. Knead the dough until smooth.
6. Roll out the dough and spread clarified butter over the surface.
7. Sprinkle dry flour and cut into long slices.
8. Roll up the slices and press gently.
9. Grease with clarified butter, keep dough balls in a greased dish, and let it rest for 10 minutes.
10. Flatten the dough balls by pressing with your hands.
11. Add clarified butter and cook on both sides until fully done.

Steps in Urdu/Hindi:
1. Ek bowl mein maida, sooji, cheeni, aur namak mila kar ache se mix karein.
2. Ghee shamil karein aur achi tarah mix karein.
3. Thora thora karke paani shamil karein aur aata gondh kar dough tayyar karein.
4. Tayyar dough ko ghee se grease karein, dhak kar 10-15 minute ke liye rest dein.
5. Dough ko smooth banane tak gondte rahein.
6. Dough ko bail kar ghee laga kar bailain aur surface par ghee lagayein.
7. Khushk aata chirak kar lambi lambi slices mein kaat lein.
8. Slices ko roll karke gently press karein.
9. Ghee se grease karein, dough balls ko grease ki hui dish mein rakhein aur 10 minute ke liye rest dein.
10. Dough balls ko haath se press karke flatten karein.
11. Ghee daal kar dono sides ko pakayein jab tak puri tarah se pak na jaye.
