Looks very moist and tasty! Sometimes cornmeal pudding can be dry! Like the fact that you poured the custard on top- that's a new way for me. When I get the time, I am going to try this recipe.

Some rubber spatulas would be helpful to clean out the basin so you don't lose any of that stuff. Looks moist and tasty
