Let me showed you why the whole system is a mockery of the Jamaica courts, because since Jamaica gained independence on August 6th 1962 from England. Jamaica becomes an independent country away from the British government, Jamaica is not bound to accept no more rules of laws from England at all . The government of Jamaica is dragging their feet too long with this stupid case , with the British Privy Council. Our forefathers who fought for years for freedom , or independence from England in 1665 they been ruling Jamaica. Until 1962 on August 6th Jamaica eventually got independence from England our colonial slaves masters, and from 1962 independence on August 6th. That the leaders of Jamaica cannot decided their own destiny,from such times until now. It didn't make any form of sense that Jamaica became independence as such, because we does not have any form of leadership with sense at all. Because everytimes that the PNP party government decided to finished away with England, the JLP party as opposition does not want it to happen over the years. So the country is always going to have a tog of war here,because the JLP party government does not want get rid of our slaves masters from England philosophy. If the constitutional said that the highest court of Jamaica found you guilty, what power the privy council have to over turned decision it.
