As a Jamaican we typically don’t have mild vs spicy it’s usually all spicy and may come with a sweet/tangy sauce but I’m glad u could find something even if it’s not 100% authentic love your videos!

It’s so so yummy, my little cousin dad is Jamaican, and his family always feed me jerk chicken on occasion it’s smoked outside with a type of wood. It’s absolutely delicious.

I had Jamaican food for the first time recently and it blew mind mind how good it was. I got jerk chicken, Jamaican rice and fried plantains. Everything tasted so damn good its packed with flavor.

Loved that you tried something Jamaican 🇯🇲 ❤. It looks like it tastes good but like a few people mentioned, our jerk chicken doesn't look exactly like what you have, isn't boneless as it's normally served in quarters, i.e. breast + wing/leg + thigh, and it's served a little differently if you buy it at a restaurant vs authentic street food. If you order from a jerk man on the street, the quarter is normally chopped into large squares and spicy ketchup drizzled on top with a slice of white hardo (hard dough; actually quite soft when fresh) bread wrapped in foil.

People are so clueless. Most of us are totally unaware how well crafted Ben's videos are. First the set up is so clean. The first third of frame is just the cutting board. The cutting board is an appealing bamboo (?). No table, or clutter of any type. The background is neutral gray. He pulls everything from off screen, which is out of sight. In the middle is Ben himself. His attire is a simple black that looks normal guy wear, which presents a type. Ben looks average (Slightly cool) Joe. For men, he looks like some you might know. For women, he looks like a typical guy. In reality, guys his age have gut, but he has that typical guy look, if he was cast for tv. He brings they food on screen, and sets center stage. The food is occupies most of the screen. Ben also has a second camera focused right on the food. He doesn't over use the second camera, but it add to over video. Ben himself plays second fiddle. Then he brings the bottle of beer out. The bottle is artistic in it's appearce, and he always present it with lable forward. In the center is Ben himself. The food maybe the star of the show, but Ben is the focus of the video. He opens the container as if we are opening it. His discription of the food, and spares but to the point. Never once does Ben seem to put on airs. Speaks like our inner voice. That part has to be an accident, because no one could plan that out, that well. Whenever you watch someone on tv, to be successful, you have to have a personality of someone you would like in your home. Ben also mixes up what he eats. Often it's fast food, but he keeps it interesting. Sometime he orders from a regular restaurant. He also makes stuff himself. Eitherway, he keeps interesting. Unlike other mukbangers, Ben is never, every gross. If you watch Ben, they only thing you think is, "I wish I was eating that." Ben also talks about himself just the smallest amount. If he does talk about himself, it's just minor things, that mean much. The only luck he has, is his face. He has to thank his mother, and father for that. Still, account for whening the genetic lottery, he suffer for his art. Ben has hit the big three O, and he keeps weight down. he must starve most days. So you are saying "So what?" What Ben does, isn't impossibely hard. Sure, it's not easy, but we could all do this. Anyone making videos could improve their craft a hundred percent by just copying Bens method. As for life? Maybe we should all try a little harder, and just put some thought into.
