3 жыл бұрынI had Sam and his son Nick out for a fishing trip aboard the Broad Minded. We started out swordfishing and on the 3rd drop of the day caught a nice fish! As the winds picked up we headed inshore a few miles and did some deep dropping. We caught snowy grouper, yellowedge grouper, and tilefish. Back at Bud n' Mary's Marina I found Mike and he said he had a recipe for some steamed grouper! The following day Mike Chef'd it up! Enjoy!

What I often enjoy from these videos is the exchange of food cultures. Jamaicans, Africans, West Indian people generally don’t waste any part of the fish.

Nick PLEASE open a little food stand/food turck/restarant at Bud N Mary's with Mike. There is no Jamiacan food around there and I'm sure you guys would make a killing. You have been advertising his cooking for years and everybody loves him. I think it's a great idea!! Tourist and locals would love to taste authentic Jamaican food!
