They discuss why NFL players are more athletic than their rugby counterparts, pick a starting Lions 15 for the opening game of next summer's tour, talk best guests, biggest moments and there's a surprise guest who literally drops in through the roof.

This show has kept me sane throughout the Japanese Corona - other lagers are available - lockdown!! You 3, talk incredible sense in terms of the game and make me cry laughing at times! We are back to semi normality over here, and I am back teaching. An early finish today and I am sitting re-watching this with an ice cold Suntory Premium Malts. Ahhh I will cook dinner for the Mrs later! Thank you Alex, Hask and the Lord,,,,from a Welshman in an incredibly hot and humid Japan!!

if there interested in a rugby / nfl story, try alex gray former newcastle falcons and england youth player who won rpa youth player of year in 2015 then 7s Olympics in 2016, he joined the at Atlanta falcons in 2017 okay didn't see any real game time but would be interesting to get his perspective was a stand out at England youth level or even better lets get wadey on!! great episode guys, hask when he puts his thinking hat on actually chews out some sense, more of this since he cant talk much about week to week rugby anymore but his insight is valuable. lord tinds.. payno, congrats on surviving another series! following from the early days, loving the content ever since. till next season chaps.

I’d say keep Curry at 7 and BV at 8 could go either way at the moment with his arm and fitness etc. One of the better squads I’ve seen so far however so fair play and even got the 6/2 bench split, Nice!!

@@ruebengopaul8060 Daly was a tough one, cause he cant play FB for Lions, and the North has so many great wingers. For me its a shootout between Daly and Slade for the 23, as they can both play pretty much all positions in the backline bar Scrum Half. So u could go far experience in Daly, which Gats probably will, but for me Slades on great form after playing the whole game against Wales at Full-Back, were he was class.

@@ronansavage7918 Yeah initially in my squad on Rugby challenge I start w Stander as he hasn't been injured- him an Vuni will 100% be starting and sub 8. Stander has the breakdown skills alongside Curry with his ball handling.

They play rugby netball in the off season on Clapham Common, only place in the world it is played I believe. I've played it, good game. Strange the "King of Clapham" never mentions it.

I'm never convinced by talk of how rugby needs to 'commercialise' and make more money. There simply isn't enough interest in the game; it is a minority sport. The RWC, the Six Nations and the Lions are successful, mainly due to a fairly small group of well-off middle-aged British and Irish tourists. Most clubs were struggling pre-COVID, unless they had a sugar daddy. More commercialisation will bring zero benefit to the fans.

Tindells right get 6 months off unbelievable war rugby before 2004 we went for head without pads and had run 1/2 marthons. Damm few could McDonald Thomas ot reat Des lbs only. Dam few could. Most lineman not last 2 minutes in tindells version of rugby. Haskell's version rugby all could do it. Tindells era rugby moto of navy seals dam few

I don't understand why the RFU does not consider copying the best of the NFL model: 16 games a season that each one, for the most part, means something. This is why the NFL is as successful as they are. Compare their model versus the NBA, MLB and even hockey. Those other sports have seasons that are far too long - similar to rugby in England. NFL has superior marketing and has something the other sports don't have: they have figured out how to create an experience in such a way, it creates a huge amount of demand which eclipses supply with respect to stadium capacity. And, in the end, if rugby adopted something similar globally, the money would be there to grow the game and support grassroots. Like many other things in our world today, politics and greed are spoiling a great sport.

White lives don't matter in America my dad white served us Navy earn a living I went to 2 high school Corry maritin high school rival Kent and VA beach VA home Micheal vixh. Raiders and dolphins wanted me for lb and I wanted play for scotland same time as mum scotish. 2 years after I started I wanted to invite 1 player from each orginal 8 team maybe Lewis moody England or Martin Johnson or dalgio Paul Connelly Richie McCaw David pokock and African forward a Welch forward Richie grey and sebstain chabel. But America's court system 50 pct of America are poor whites our lives don't matter even enough for anyone to protest. Only 10 pct of whites in America are rich other 50 pct America's pop are poor.
