This is a talk on how to engineer an attractive lifestyle that draws people into your life. You will learn the three pillars of natural seduction and the principles behind what works consistently, so that you can form deep connections and be successful with women.
In this presentation you will also learn:
- How to get over your ‘approach anxiety’ and never run out of things to say
- Why and how you should let women teach you how to seduce them
- How to have charisma and create an emotional impact around people
About the speaker :
Before founding the Natural Lifestyles, James had a very colourful career in an amazing variety of areas. His different vocations and passions have given him a unique set of skills directly applicable to seduction and modern romance. From touring the country in his band (playing everything from huge festivals to a private performance for the Rebel Motorcycle gang), running his own successful massage business, to studying martial arts at Shaolin temple and representing Australia in Kung Fu; James has always pushed himself to explore his ultimate potential in whatever he pursues.
Women are naturally attracted to men who follow their dreams, so along the way he has developed great proficiency with them. Applying the discipline and intensity of a martial artist, the sensitivity of a masseur and the artistic passion of a musician to this pursuit; he has dated many incredible women and learned a great deal by observing and listening to them.
As a coach James is an astute listener and is able to read between the lines to get straight to the heart of his clients issues. He has an deep knowledge of body language and conversational patterns, which allow him to transfer immediately useful practical advice to his clients. His style infield is relaxed and charming and he is particularly good at helping clients get into deep rapport with the women they meet and setting them up on the path to successful relationships.
James brings a wealth of life experience, innovation, empathy and humour to the Natural and is committed to seeing other men making the absolute most of their time on this planet.

I've repeated 1:00:00 to about 1:02:45 over and over and over again. All this time I've been that person that tries NOT to rock the boat thinking that I'm doing other people a favor by keeping them out of situations where they might feel pressured or uncomfortable. I was fucking wrong! No wonder I've always found it difficult to connect with other people... I never created any emotional spikes! This is BIG for me. Thank you James and 21C

Not sure how anyone could possibly consider this man any less than THE man. His message is clearly of kind and helpful intent and is essentially saying that it is the holistic development of attributes that we as men have always had (but are somewhat suppressed by society) that helps you in life. Anyone that has a purely healthy intent of helping others should be looked up to.

It blows my mind that more people haven't watched this video. I've watched quite a few PUA videos, and this has got to be the most powerful and effective one by far!!! James is right on. Truth be told, I watched this video and put it to the test the same night. I kid you not, I saw incredible results. This video is THE BEST!

As Chris Traeger would say, this was literally the best video I have ever seen. James' ability to outline and portray information about this subject which usually arises anxiety for me, finally felt comforting and really clicked on an emotional and physical level. The area focused on understanding the way your body is reacting to the stress of approaching and how to manipulate it by focusing your mind, felt like I was finally handed the key to become a much fuller self. Of all the different people I have watched on youtube whose content revolves primarily on self help or seduction, this absolutely resonated with me most deeply.

1. Awareness 2. Project your intent 3. Challenge in conversation (1:00:00) (4. seduction often happens at low energy, slow down and use plenty of silences (if you're naturally introverted)) 5. Be working on your ultimate lifestyle 6. Trading on the level of human emotion (if you can look people in the eyes, ask them questions about who they really are, and allow them to express themselves they will love you) 7. Two rules in seduction - Right to freedom rule; make no apology for who you are and what you want, and take full responsibility for the fact you have to make that happen. 8. Don't try and pretend to be someone who you are not; be willing to explore and expand who you thought you were.

Well, brother, we just went out to a movie today. At the end of the date she told me she didn't want to be in a relationship. Afterwards, I went in for a kiss and she didn't shut me down. In general, I took the whole situation pretty well, though I am having difficulty figuring out how exactly to interpret everything. I'm proud of the fact that I went for a kiss successfully, although the rejection was somewhat unsettling. Thanks again for all the help so far.

Hey James, part of my meditation practice is to bow a few times and think of things I'm grateful for. Since this lecture made a BIG impact on me, I thought instead of bowing and only thinking of how thankful I am, I would actually go turn on the computer and tell you so myself. And throw some love to Sasha and Liam too. You guys are awesome.

Finally, my garden had become a mere shadow of what it once was. I ran out of allegories and metaphors, so I'll put it like this. I decided to begin harnessing myself from the inside out. I took up mediation and strove to increase my compassion and awareness. So far, this has helped me eliminate most of the weeds and insects and I've made good headway toward rebuilding my garden (mind). When I return to game, I'll have a much stronger "pesticide" to handle the pests of my inner mind.

Hello Murphator! When I first read your comment 3 months ago I had a hard time understanding it, to be honest. But now I think I know what you're talking about. I've quit game for now because it was stressing me out way too much; it felt like I was running a marathon every time. Recently, I've been along a different path which has led to places I once could only dream of being. Though I'm no longer in the game, you helped me get over a lot of the mental barriers I had throughout the experience.

i am truly glad i could help man. one more thing tho. you can't quit. im not telling you not to quit. its just you dont hav a choice the only way to quit is to get a cabin alone in alaska and cut off all social interaction. we all have expansions and contractions and for you, this is a contraction following expansion. when your sick, contraction. injured, contraction. soon you will enter an expansion and you will feel awesome. and there's really nothing you can do cept induce this or delay this.

1) be in the moment 2) if you overthink -> feel your soles, think „I wanna f* you”, move towards her and just talk 3) challenge her 4) ask categorizing questions - if you are learning facts, you are doing it wrong. Learn about what kind of person is she. - the most precious currency is human emotions, use that in your advance - do not give away things for free, try to make a playful deal

As someone who totally bought all the plastic, scripted PUA bullshit, this is an absolutely refreshing change of perspective. James's way of interacting is so honest and direct, no games, no bullshit. This is how men should interact with women- as equals, just two people in an otherwise lonely world trying to connect on a deeper and more real level.

This is a continuation of the previous response. Think of it like this. I am like a garden. Game enabled my flowers to blossom, to evolve, to explore new horizons. But, like all gardens, there were weeds and malicious insects that sought to destroy, not only the virgin flowers of my garden, but also it's very foundation. The pesticide I used as a countermeasure proved dully ineffectual and soon, disease and decay spread like wildfire. I'll concluded this in my next response.

I feel the need to restate my previous assertion that I've 'quit game.' It was a crude and inaccurate description of my current position. I've simply decided to take a temporary tactical retreat in order to re-evaluate myself in a new light. I see what you're saying with contractions and expansions. I wouldn't say I've contracted necessarily, but momentarily deviated from a particularly unfruitful expansion onto an expansion of a different kind. Hold on, I ran out of space.

I'd suggest you look into the one on *"BeTheBadBoy, c0m"..* I went through a phase about a year ago after I broke up with my girl where I read all the PUA guides I could get my hands on.. that was the best of the bunch.

I keep seeing all these different PUAs and some talking shit on eachother. Many of them used car salesman and it can be hard to trust. Having talked to a decent amount of women (way less than I want to...but that's on me and working through motivational issues) I feel like James is one of the better ones

whats the quality of 100's of these girls.. when a good one to keep is one of thousands. James you got good point and experience, but the root of your journey that makes me question you as a whole is the fact that you got on this journey with revenge in mind at all the jocks and all the hot girls that weren't for you back then. of course though if only you were spiritually aware. but still respect man. it is what it is. i appreciate your input.

And most of these talks aren't for the men who are looking for the one girl. It's like James said in this video or a different one, he's has long term ralationships and has appreciated them; but "right now" It's not what he's looking for. I completely understand, in high school I wanted the one love, and found it it few times over, but now that I'm in my early twenties I'd rather have fun and not be tied down, until, like he's said before, I find a girl that I can't stop thinking about and decide to make it long term. I can say however I appreciate that you appreciate his input in it all, I see a lot of comments that are like yours, but they completely bash what he's saying and spew on about finding the right girl and settling down and all that. From experience with friends, it's mostly guys who have never had more than one or two serious relationships and think they should only be in relationships for love rather than fun. Not saying that's your case though. Have you ever watched any Johny (sp) sapornos interviews? He touched on this kind of. I recommend it.

Thanks man. I guess, I have been putting too much pressure on myself. It's just that I feel as if I HAVE to do this now so that whenever an opportunity arises in the future (for instance, at school) then I won't feel any anxiety and I'll now exactly how to approach her. Also, I don't understand why a girl is sometimes super receptive when I meet her and give me her number yet still reject me when I text her later.

I'm a woman listening in today. Liked your content and your style. Interesting to hear the "guys" point of view for a change. Wish I could add to the conversation. Maybe not. Carol
