Asher, you're so wrong. Sex is what's between your legs. Gender is a cultural construction. That's why in non-Western nations from Africa/Asia, you might have biological women performing 'male roles' as we would define them in the West and vice versa. I am really surprised that Asher is that dense. But anyway, that's what they taught us in graduate school for Anthropology/Sociology so I would know (in terms of the parlance).
