I'm not a runner and have no intention of starting (hip problems as a child, hip replacement a few years ago, blah blah blah) but I am a cyclist and I've been using some of the exercises you demonstrate to help my cycling and to counteract the negative effects of a desk job. Anyway, this is just for general thanks and to let you know that the information translates nicely to other sports/activities too :)

Do you have merch? Paraphernalia? Beer cozies? Sweat band? Big training calendar with training blocks and big race dates like the Boston marathon or Berlin or London or BassPro?

These exercises are fantastic! I'm not a runner, but they're still super helpful! Usually when I try to do glute exercises, I have trouble firing them without recruiting hamstrings or quads, depending on the movement, so I never really felt them "wake up" the way they were supposed to. But something about this little set clicked that mind-muscle connection right into place, and now I can even do the other exercises I've tried properly, as well. Thank you!!

I have benfited a huge amount from the first exercise - balance + removing that literal pain in the butts for one leg after a long run

The 3 rd exercise is basically 50 % of a side kick practice in karate/tae kwan do or a hurdles clerance. If you straighten that leg while it is horizontal and then fold it back it provides more stretch and streches body parts you would not even have felt existed. I have seen otherwise very flexible people fail at doing this. A great exercise overall which also showed me the benefits of cross training - learning from other sports.

Great glute activation exercises! I love them but have issue with balancing on the standing leg. Can you make another video on regression steps for those who have issue with balancing on one leg? Thank you.

Hey James, I have been following you for more than a year. I have got a question for you. When I finish my runs, I have observed that my stress level remains way high for hours. I believe, it hampers to the recovery time. I do breathing workout as per Garmin suggestion, but seems insufficient. Kindly make a video on 'Manage Stress Level Post Run'. If you do so, kindly notify me, I would love to hear your point of view.
