This is late, but Tex (Ziggy on Twitch), is a veteran that experienced the Vietnam war, which is notoriously disturbed, even for wars. Tex is someone who experiences severe PTSD and has never fully mentally recovered. Tex's misadventures from day one are extremely funny, and he gets promoted to a high rank nearly instantly due to the captains' fear of him. Ziggy's actual voice is nothing like Tex's voice, funny enough Tex isn't even the deepest voice he can do. His deepest voice is for a character named "Norman Bones."
