The advice “never talk to police without a lawyer” is pretty standard, and ALWAYS good advice. But what if you can’t afford a lawyer? How do you react to a situation when you immediately get thrown into questioning by police? Let’s discuss.

I'm wondering if cops are asking you questions and you say " well bananas are 98 cents a lb." or "its snowing like crazy in Alaska" Or if you start humming a tune, or just start giggling.
