I love how the judge says you don’t uphold the laws. Then he sentences him to 60 days for contempt of Court priceless to see the look on his face when sentencing him as handed down.

The judge said at his initial hearing that if MR.knoll tries to keep any guns he won’t like the consequences

Ironic how ex-sheriff Noels appeared on 60-days in, claiming to “clean up the streets,” while the whole time he was committing felony after felony… He’s a good ol’ boy, haha good luck in prison.

He was 'cleaning up', alright😂, just NOT the streets... Cleaning up like 'raking it in'!

noel should sit in prison until every penny of misspent funds have been repaid in addition to all investigation, prosecution, court and incarceration expenses incurred by the taxpayers.

The Defense should have ask Kramer if the picture shown of the room where the guns were found looked the same or close to the same as it was when He retrieved the initial guns. Then I would have ask If Mr. Kramer looked through boxes or move items around to find any guns. Then ask Mr. Kramer if it was possible that He could have possibly missed some of the guns because a through search was not done. I would have ask Mr. Kramer if an inventory of all guns that were in the house was provided prior to retrieving them to make sure He collected all guns on the property. Mr. Kramer did indicate the room looked the same as it did the day He retrieve guns from it. It is very possible it was an oversight on Mr. Kramer. Unfortunate for Mr. Noel in the end though.

Noel STILL was responsible in making sure Kramer had collected all the guns. What, the guy doesn't know what he owns, esp. guns? No excuse, and the burden to make sure it was correctly done was on Noel, NOT Kramer as the Judge indicated under law. Noel as a former law enforcement officer isn't the common person and anyone involved with the law (learned this in my paralegal classes from the attorneys that taught them) has a greater duty under the law, one because they work in it.

LOL! No. they were looking for receipts not guns, he was ordered to turn in all his guns apart from the automatic shotgun by the court, he did not do so as a later full search after this hearing showed he still had two handguns hidden in the house that he must of known about.

👖👞~ If I’m gonna steal money and possibly risk prison time, I’m sure not gonna waste it on an $800 belt. Maybe you could commence me $800 pair of shoes could be better on your feet and your back than regular shoes, but you can’t convince me that an $800 belt has any real utility.
@megahappy2bemeIntheStarz3 ай бұрын
Maybe he "needed" that belt to hold up his expensive suit pants, a $30 belt may not have been able to handle the prestige of it?
