You can just band corn like you do with a pellet... I band one good size bit of corn when margin fishing. Caught loads of carp.

Great tips there Jamie. I have indeed had good results on hair rigged soft expander pellets this Winter. Great tip using bands for multiple dead maggots, and pulling the band into a grain of corn.

Nice explanation, for what should be simple. But, hey, we all over complicate thing in our heads. I use hairs in 50% of my fishing, always with bigger baits.

Another brilliant video mate, really helpful, but how do you tie all your hooklengths consistently at the same length?

Hi Jamie. Could you demonstrate how to whip the line right down to the bend of the hook? I struggle to keep it neat because the hook point impedes the line lay about half way down the shank. Andy James

Hi Jamie great advice thank you. I tend to buy ready tied hair rigs and find quite quickly the the hair length spins ups and ruins the hair due to twists when using pellets to corn. Is there any clues how to reduce this please 👍
