Jaime is a perfect example of why should dig deeper with people. Issac and Colin were bullies too, the whole team did nothing about it, except Roy, but only Jamie was hated. He definitely was a prick and doesn't get away withbit because of his Dad, but hating him doesn't help him being better, understanding, accountability and compassion did.

For a fledgling actor like so many of the cast was just an amazing job!

He's actually become one of my favourite characters. Phil Dunster is seriously underrated, and I'm sad he doesn't get as much attention as the others because there was so much change and depth in his arc in only 2 series. @@JM-db8ez you obviously have done a good job avoiding the world of shipping in fandoms. So I regret to tell ya the Roy and Jaime ship is not off the wall even if both characters are straight. An off the wall ship is between characters that have never met, or have only been in one scene together where neither even looked at the other. And people will still ship that Roy and Jaime? Have had several bonding moments, an emotional hug, several celebratory hugs/contact, were enemies to friends (or pricks to friends that are still pricks), mentor/mentee dynamic, they even dated the same woman right after the other. I'm sure the list goes on but basically, I'd be more surprised if people didn't ship them

If we ARE blessed by the powers that be to get “The Richmond Way” (or something along those lines)-aka, a show that continues following the team after the title character has left (and has done his job by changing “leaving his mark” on everyone….Ted played a role in every characters growth, and there was a shitton of growth by the people who needed it most!)…ok sry ADHD here….ANYWAYS-if we do get that show, I’d love to see Jamie be voted captain (with support from McAdoo, of course)-as he is now easily the most deserving of the role not only because of how good he’s become, but because he’s now in a position where he can be emotionally supportive of his teammates after the incredible character arc we saw him undergo. I also noticed that during this season, he seemed to do a lot of observing of his teammates-staying aware of what was happening, which I took as him caring and wanting to make sure if something went wrong that he’d be able to offer his help immediately.. I hope that made sense, ugh my brain🤦🏻‍♀️ I won’t go into detail about my experience with late stage Lyme disease and where I am now, but I’ll go ahead and take this moment to IMPLORE anyone who reads this to take all the precautions you can to avoid being hit by a tick this summer. They’re EVERYWHERE, and I had no idea I’d ever been bitten until 20 years later. The degree of how horrible these infectious diseases can make the body feel, and the pain it forces one to endure, is astounding. So do tick checks and remember they can be the size of a tiny period from a fine point pen! Because our healthcare system (the US’s, that is) is so awful, almost, if not all, treatments have to be paid out of pocket. People who are middle class have gone broke from trying all of the clinics across the world and still not healing. Ok hope someone remembers to put on high socks or to tuck their pants into socks! Make a fashun statement! Omg I sound like a crazy person oops, need sleeps eek!
