This machine reminds me of a factory that I saw in Mexico. the machines there are just thrown together oiled and painted and that is it. I am sorry I forgot the name of the factory.

Looking at the names below, I am guessing she's more of a plum! Maybe if you show more pages of the manual, we could eliminate some machines. I have a Free #5, badged Rollo's Rotoscillo. It's quite different underneath and has a toggle movement rather than the rotoscillo bearing. Love the decals!

I have 2 sewing machines that have similar features. One is a Reliance special and the other is a New Williams from Montreal Canada. Funny the Reliance has the same bobbin system and the New Williams the same stitch length. Mine was rustier inside . But with a lot of Wd40 it made a big difference.

I saw a picture of a New Royal sewing machine that looks like yours. I googled sewing machine factories in Rockford and it came up. I hope this helps.

There were several factories in Rockford at one time. I would love to be around then to go around to them all and see the new machines coming out!

Looks like the ones I have. I have 1 in a large, fancy "Whiting" cabinet & a smaller sewing machine in a wooden & domed carrying case. But w/out getting them out 2 look I think they're both Singers.
