I'll admit that I was whipped for his handsome face only at first glance. But as the show goes on. Gosh how can I not love this young boy with the purest heart ever. His journey in iland wasn't a shortcut. He came from the most unexpected and unfortunate first perf. but he gradually grow. And that's how he got the title ICON OF GROWTH. I hope new engenes will also appreciate and love Jake the way I and eggies do.

So, now I get it, Jake did the global auditions for belift, and that's how he got in. He said he came to korea 1 week before the auditons to do them specifically. So it wasn't bighit auditions, cos they were in sydney a month later and by then he was already in Korea.

People should've appreciated Jake more because he didn't even train for long yet was trying to give his best performance and never stopped being icon of growth.

Just wanna thank Jake for making it work to debut and Sunghoon for always being there for him when he was far away from his home. Thank you for improving everyday and making us smile with your pure angelic soul. Jakey our good boy and energy ball.

I just came back here after watching ENHYPEN's live performance of FEVER where jake had his mic fell off just like he did when he was a trainee, but this time, he did everything with confidence and ease. Seeing that bit of his performance reminded me of how much he's grown as an artist/performer. I'm so proud of how far he's come ever since he was a trainee. Truly an icon of growth.

Jakey told us more during a recent vlive! He got in through Belift's global audition and came all the way to seoul! Then he became a belift trainee in 2019!!! Sunoo came through the same ones but the Korean version in Seoul, there were two rounds, Sunoo's was similar but a different round! He was really nervous and couldn't speak Korean really well back then, but he improved a lot as a trainee and during I-LAND!!

Watching this makes me so sooo proud of Jake. I’m so thankful for the people who believed and voted for him during their I-Land days. Thank you, because he is shining bright like a star on stage because of your faith in him. ENHYPEN for life. ❤️

You know I really fell for Jake's charms when suddenly one day I saw a video of a pretty boy smiling wide and beautifully ... My first thought of him was that it was one of the prettiest smile I've ever seen . And from then I started watching iland and I hate to say it but I only supported jake . There were times , I used to think that he won't be able to debut but I still supported him ... This also made me think once again that how much of a strong person is jake . He's so mentally strong that if I was in his situation during his time on survival show I might have decided to give up . But I learnt a lot from jake . He's younger than me but more calm and collected than I am . I'm so proud of jake . The growth he's shown after debut along with other members like massive growth .
