Yes this is what he said. In delhi you never know how the delhi boys will behave, even the better dressed ones . Parenting is done differently here, not much focus on morality by parents, but they teach kids to be go getters, to achieve good grades, or succeed in business anyhow, and the wash your sins by singing in sangat kirtan bhajan chanting to goddess shera wali jai mata di with really loud speakers blazing and disturbing the whole neighborhood often blocking roads with tents. Best to take cabs like Uber Ola (if they do not cancel!) and always be alert and take reasonable precautions. Go to better areas like south delhi , then go to North east, Leh Ladakh visit other cities.

Nxt time visit calcutta in west Bengal. Plenty of foreigners visit there. Ballygunge area of calcutta is known for beautiful cafes and heritage foods like chicken cutlet, fish fry etc. If you enjoy exploring cafes with aesthetic designs, old british architectures, you should definitely come to calcutta..
