He went from a nobody to superstar in such a quick time that you see him training on a court next to nobodies, although that girl in the background had a nice backhand.

For kids watching this hoping to become a star tennis player, running on a hilly, narrow, and rocky path is an accident waiting to happen. Too easy to turn an ankle or mess up a knee.

In France we call it power ball, it is used a lot in the south, some use it for training but most people use it for rehab and preparation after rehab

it seems to me that all the best players spend more time on fitness and conditioning that actually playing tennis.

Where did you get that idea from? KZfaq videos?
@jeffhermida47883 жыл бұрын
@@dxuhuang player interviews and autobiography. Federer and Mcenroe specifically said that they only spend 45 min to 1 hr on court per day. They spend the rest of the day with fitness drills.

He will be able to work as long as he wants, but he will never have powerful muscles. If someone is born dry, he will not become a well-proportioned Adonis: dry he is, dry he stays more or less. Also because it would break and perhaps be ruined. Better be a toothpick😮
