Brilliant tuition, thank you for a newbie to the machine. I have three plates, how do you choose which one to use in first place. I understand the machine tells you when they are in place, and correlate to feet. Ty

Thank you! When in doubt, the standard zig zag plate can be used for most applications, though results might be better with the proper plate.

minute 6:00 you :swapped out out ankle." Why, an what are the differences between the two ankles you swapped and what are the names of the first and second ankle?

That because the hp foot comes attached to the ankle. So we have to remove the quick release ankle(first one) to put on the hp foot, which Han an ankle built on to it (second one)
