Welcome back to my channel.
Happy New Year to you all.
I am starting off the new year with a fun and simple junk journal. This is part 1 and I will probably do 3 parts. So if you are a beginner, it will be a perfect tutorial for you. A great start to the new year.

Hi Gi, Happy New Year 🎊 I don't mind watching as you ink the edges or stick the paper around the edges because you chat while you do it and I like to listen to what you have to say. You may not realize it but you do drop wee bits of info along the way. The reason I like inking the edges are almost like outlining the pieces whether it's a pocket or a whole page. I used to cross stitch years ago and many of the patterns had certain parts outlined in dark colors or black which made it stand out better. In these paper projects it does make it stand out and give it an aged look. I got a guillotine from Santa which I started using to cut out some printables I have to prepare for later. I have downloaded loads more that need fussy cutting too, but I have to go get them printed. Ink costs so much and it's cheaper for me to pay to have a sheet printed out using their ink. The only issue I have is trying to find the pages on my phone when I need to print them. I enjoy watching your videos which I just started right after Christmas 2023 because you don't rush and you make it easy to follow along. I did download a few Friday freebies that I look forward to using. I subscribed before I finished watching the first video. 💜

Hi Gi thank you for this new series another suggestion for the edges could be to cover them in electrical tape this can be picked up really cheaply and could protect the edges and give you the smaller area for your printed sheets just an idea a happy new year to you and your family
