I myself always do something for the homeless and the restless exspecialy when it's winter , wet and cold I've paid as much as 3 nights stay at a hotel I found it was better than giving a few dollars and leave them alone in the cold , wet , winter lonely , cold , wet and hungry and afraid......once I allowed 2 to sleep in my basement to get out of the coldness of the night... LATER a few years went by and they came and thanked me for such a good deed. I would rather be in snow than 70 degrees in winter. I just came back from Texas. It was fine but 66 in January is too warm. Back home in Minnesota where it is 15 with moderate snowdepth. And a nice warm up to 32 today 😊
