It's in this principle that Bentham finds leniency towards moral sanctions vs religious sanctions,that out of the 4 sanctions (sources of pain or pleasure,ie physical, political, moral and religious sanctions)...I personally find qualitative moral sanctions ( it is a scientific approach to judgement, that qualifies the action reaction and interaction of an individual or society. But the prior is for the present only, and the latter been both present happiness and the promised moral judgement, suppliments all the other...now let's over try qualitative economic judgement to greatest number experiencing pain globally, to form a fifth sanction.

@@simonpure109 We see more people who choose Bentham’s hedonistic Utilitarianism today as they worship physical pleasures rather than Mills intellectual pleasures. Literally Dante’s Divine Comedy 🎭
