I’m nominating you for the KZfaqrs of the year award for adventuring so far north and subjecting yourselves to bone chilling temps on top of a “Tia for scale”. Beautiful spot. And a postcard?! What more could we all want? Hope you’ve thawed out🥶🥶🙏👏🏻✌️🤙

Does Tia not having any handwarmers? instant heat pads, ホッカイロ Hokkairo. 🥶 It is great to have hot drinks as handwarmers indeed, but that only last no time isn't it. Hokkairo will last at least a few hours. 🔥

That’s super adventurous of you two to travel to the most Northern end of Japan. Can’t wait to see how it is at the most Southern end of Japan! And JR pass does save a lot of money and well worth the price to purchase. Perhaps the ginger ale in Japan is made of real ginger so maybe that’s why the color is more of a yellow hue along w honey added.

Been watching all of your videos since Thailand but I gotta say… This is probably my favorite video of yours so far❤ I love that you went off the beaten path, especially in Japan where people always seem to stay in Tokyo or Kyoto and visit the usual touristy sites. Nothing wrong with that (gotta admit I did it too haha) but I love your sense of adventure! Hearing you say “I don’t know why we did this” made me laugh because it does seem like such a random yet ambitious thing to do but I’m so proud because you did it! Looking forward to your journey down south, I’ll be living vicariously through you☺️ I’m so excited!!🫶
