The Sashimi looks very fresh you have so much variety, I can tell raw fish diet is enjoyed by many, full of nutrition and healthy. Thanks to KZfaq I've seen Natto, not sure about it 🤔Beef Tongue is available in UK 🇬🇧 I prefer roast, breaded or honey roast ham. I buy milk and yoghurt in small size to keep freshness. Soya or oat milk I love in smoothies I have noticed in England we eat a more lighter breakfast of cereal, toast or croissants. East Asian breakfast is more Savory, what you eat for breakfast I would probably enjoy for lunch. I do like picking and choosing fruit and veg myself in small quantities or large, fortunately there's SOOO many small groceries shops near where I live it's easy to buy one apple, one banana and I love tin fruit especially pineapple, peaches or mandarin which I add to Greek yogurt or porridge oats. I try to eat before shopping because the smell of roasting chicken or meat kebabs on the rotisseries is too enticing, but they're great for a quick easy meal when tired. I buy 6,10 or 12 Eggs depending on what I need them for if I'm baking I usually buy more.

We usually season our omelette with salt, pepper and a pinch of ajinomoto 🤭 Sometimes we put a little bit of chicken bouillon

Here in belgium you can get fruits and veggies thats is already wrapped or you can take fruit and veggies that you can pick out and to put it in a bag that we can use every time we go to the store
