I still love Kyary Pamyu Pamyu. One of the best performers I've ever seen. She makes me want to watch commercials unlike American TV lol.

Most of her songs are made with the purpose of promoting stuff. her lyrics have puns, like fashion monster (jiyū sounds the same as the brand GU) or sometimes she doesnt even try, unite unite its just an adidas ad song. She used to be all the craze back in 2013. her best musical era was her first EP, it was more raw in the sense of kyary singing as a quirky fashion girl that just happened to be friends with her producer and not as this huge puppet singing for brands. I still love her tho.

I used to OBSESS over finding all her commercials. There were just so many of them, and most had two or three different versions. I gave up awhile ago. It's still a pleasant surprise when I come across one I've never seen.
