That sauce looks like it's tonkatsu sauce, which is often referred to as Bulldog sauce (as it's the most popular brand of tonkatsu sauce in Japan). It's the most common sauce to go alongside croquettes (pronounced korokke). Fun fact: you can make your own by combining Worchester sauce, some honey, and KETCHUP. It will taste exactly the same as the Bulldog brand.

The teriyaki chicken was the least warm because it has the most moisture out of all the foods. It was the only one which wasn't deep fried, so the moisture escaping cooled it down much faster compared to the others.

They have these bread buns with tartar sauce in them made specifically for the spicy chickens you put the slab on between the buns and you have a spicy sandwich!!

I know what he’s talking about with the convenient store and how they differ from Japan and America but I will say in Texas we had Buck-ees and on the east there’s Sheetz and Wawas i know they don’t compare to Korea or Japanese convenience stores but they have great food especially Buckees they make brisket and chopped BBQ sandwiches in house so that’s something 🤷🏾‍♂️

There is a Japanese curry restaurant called kokoichi/ここいちwhich has very spicy curry levels

Damn, man. Ben always finds the best looking gas station food. There are some decent gas station food selections in the US, but not for this particular price. All of this would cost like $20 in the US
