In this video, I will show you how I made a honeysuckle syrup from only a few simple ingredients. This simple recipe creates a fragrant floral syrup! I used wild japanese honeysuckles for mine, but you could use any edible flowers, as long as they were not sprayed with anything. Anyways, I loved making this syrup, and I use it to sweeten my cold brew coffee or tea! it smells like the most intense blossom with notes of jasmine, vanilla, rose, and caramel, and tastes sweet and bright. It really is a lovely thing to have in the kitchen, and so fun to make. I hope you love the video!
