Although we're going to be doing alot of travel, I arrived on New Years and Mayu had to go shopping for lucky bags she reserved so our first vlog will be about them! I was curious why she always tried to get these every year and it was interesting to see this shopping culture in person

I like this lucky bag idea seems really fun and actually would drive good business and marketing so I could see why companies would be for it. ultimately you are spending the money there and returning as a customer. very cool!

Condos are managed by the management company. That’s why you wanna buy a well managed property
