A few bands are still missing, including some legendary ones. Luna Sea, Seikima II, Sex Machineguns, Tokyo Yankees, Princess Princess, MUCC, ЯOTTENGR∀FFTY, One Ok Rock, Destrose, LoVendoЯ, Scandal, Hagane. Kishidan and Ado are also partially eligible.

Great list! Few more just off the top of my head: Telecide; Lonesome Blue, which is Narumi's new band; Drop's; Kakumei (the predecessor to Trident). Also, I assume you meant Ladybaby, rather then Ladybeard. He now has a new band, sort of similar concept, called Babybeard. Did you know Otoboke Beaver are going to tour the U.S.? Crazy!

Yu-To from Galneryus (Shinji Yuuto) is also known as Leda Cygnus. He's a member of BABYMETAL's live Kami Band, and has worked on some of their studio tracks.
