I would never wash prawns under cold water after boiling them; throwing away all the precious flavors down the drain. Also, the stock makes great broth to be added back to the sauce during stir-frying. That would add another dimension to its flavor profile.

Prawn that size usually aren't that sweet to begin with, most of the flavor is made up for in the chili sauce.

One thing I found out you can get a full meal out of Tiger Prawns & a side dish, the last time I had them I could only eat three or four with a side dish, I guess my eyes was bigger than my stomach good eating 👍

This looks sooooo good, but as much as I love and am usually fascinated by the cooking process in these videos, in the future you may want to consider speeding up certain parts, like when it's going to be the same process of preparation over and over again. Those prawns look delicious but just watching all five get de-shelled and have the intestine removed for eight minutes can get a little repetitive.

He forgot to rinse them after removing 💩💩💩 which was kinda nasty to me but thank God he boiled them and rinsed them afterwards 😌😌😌 I was beginning to question their sanitation frfr. But the shrimp are gorgeous tho can't wait to try some 😋😋😋

Rican Queen they aren’t very sanitary at all. I watch a lot of these videos and they’re not too clean.
