Hello everyone. I just have had another busy week with my 0 year old boy, but I am happy.
My husband's lunchbox today is Stuffed shiitake, kombu omelette and katsuo broccoli. I think the bento box today will make you happy! Let's try!

Recipe:
- Stuffed shiitake
4 shiitake
1 Green onion (white part only)
150g mixed minced meat (50%pork + 50%beef)
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1tbsp oyster sauce
a little salt and pepper
1/2tsp chicken seasonings powder
cornstarch (for sprinkling)
Cut on the gills of shiitake to make 4 points star. Chop the white part of the green onion. Mix well with minced meat and other seasonings. Stuff the meat mixture into the shiitake. Sprinkle cornstarch around the stuffed shiitake. Fry until 2 sides get brown
- Rolled omelette
2 eggs
1tbsp water
1tsp soy sauce
1tsp mirin
1tsp sugar
Olive oil
* 6g kombu
Beat 2 eggs and mix all ingredients well. Heat the pan (low heat). Apply the oil and pour a thin layer of the egg mixture into the pan. Add kombu on the surface. Once the egg mixture is set, start to roll from the far toward closer to you. Repeat until all the egg mixture is cooked.
- Katsuo broccoli
30g Broccoli
1/2 small pack Bonito
1tsp mentsuyu
2tsp ground sesame
Heat in microwave 3 mins - rinse under cold water - mix with other ingredients
The steps look a lot but they are all fast cooked. They are colorful, tasty and easy to cook that can brighten your day.
