Today, I would like to introduce one more Japanese tasty dish. It's called Korokke.
It is one of yummy dish that you can find easily in convenienece stores or supermarkets. However, cooking at home will be more tasty!
This is the recipe that I learned from my mom. It can be called as a food of childhood!

00:00 harvest potatoes in the garden
00:23 prepare ingredients (for 14 pieces)
Potato 950g
Onion 250g
01:21 boil potatoes
01:30 stir-fry chopped onions, ground meat (300g) with butter (30g+10g)
02:25 mash boil potatoes (when they are still hot)
02:34 mix mashed potatoes with meat mixture, potato starch (1tsp)
02:54 shape the mixture
03:28 flake potato starch both faces
03:33 make the outer (2 beaten eggs, breadcrumbs)
04:13 deep fry
