so jealous of the people I so want to go to japan and eat at one of these stalls. They seem to be enjoyin the company so much. I so love cabbage. Sometimes don't get enough veggies. Why can we not have stalls like this in Canada?

私、昔、中洲の屋台に行ったんですよね。かなり前にだけど。地元はもう20年くらい前に条例かなんだか知らないけど無くなってしまいました。若い頃から行ってたからかなり悔しい。やっぱり好きですね。屋台。

Japanese quality all around, no cutting corners for quality and customer service. Notice the little touches that you won't see elsewhere in the world? Like notice when serving the cold drinks she wipes off the moisture on the bottle and removes the metal ring from the cap before handing it to the customer? Notice how clean and sanitary everything is?

Do they rent this spot from the city? Who supplies their water and electricity? Where does their waste water go?

The space is rented from the city. Water and electricity are connected by infrastructure, and each shop pays for it. The wastewater goes to the sewer.

此処の屋台の場合は、動画の最初にクルマから代車に荷物を降ろした場所（屋台の前）に在りますよ。7月に他の長浜地区に屋台が数軒、再オープンした時は、福岡市が歩道上にトイレを造りました。

In Fukuoka (where this was filmed), these mobile vendors are licensed by the municipal government and subject to health inspections.

Its the same as a food truck, everything is wiped down and sanitized, just because its not a starch white color doesnt mean its not clean. grow up.

@@senpairaijin7079 What does it have to do with growing up? If basic hygiene requirements are not met. In Russia, such shallots were on the khitrov market under the tsar. Everything is dirty, greasy, they work without gloves, in street clothes, they don't even wash their hands, If someone wants to eat like a pig or a dog, you're welcome, but I don't set foot in this dirty eatery!
