Jasion sent their 1400 Watt X-Hunter foldable electric bike for us to review. We were very impressed with the Jasion EB-7 bike we saw last year, but the XHunter is something even more special. For under $2k, you get dual suspension with a 1400W motor powered by a 48V 13Ah battery. There aren't many electric bikes with all these features at this price point.

It’s 750 watts. It peaks at 1400 watts.

@@FreshandFelicia I think u press up and down arrows then make your tire size bigger so it tricks the bike into thinking it has to spin them faster which will make you go faster and also I think you have to change like the limiter or something. Something is stopping it from like going faster and I think you have to change it on higher numbers because this company is made to go around the lake kind trying to make it to go around the world, and since they are making it go around the world every country has a different speed limit so you have to change it in settings.

I ran into a high school buddy from 42 years ago the other day who has this bike, he says it'll run 30 for about a 20 mile trip with no problems

I just got the Jasion X-Hunter and the customer service was great. Came in 3 days and the bike does 35 when unlocked. Rock solid bike!

What is the throttle-only range? Are the mechanical brakes good enough?

Brakes are perfect! We didn't full-throttle test yet, but results are so different everywhere due to incline, temperature, rider weight, wind speed, etc so it's really hard to estimate across the board. Where are you located?

Always when interested in a bike look for other reviews from people that have had it for awhile! Never jump on something because you liked the review. very important!

I personally dont like the mechanical disk brakes....going at 20mph it took the bike 8-9 seconds to come to a full stop, no tire skid....maybe my brakes need adjusting, i dont know...

@@FreshandFelicia you're not being truthful about these brakes. They're absolutely substandard. It takes over 50 feet to stop at 30 mph. It is impossible to lock the tires on pavement.

One thing you haven't addressed is the customer service and replacement parts. Why? Because there is none. Needed a part and was told to try Amazon. The brakes are possibly dangerous also taking over 50 feet to stop at 30 mph.

I just received one and on first test screws were falling off before i got out of the Driveway. It was the screws that hold the break disc to the rear hub. I found a few of them and tried to put them back on so the disc wasn't just hanging there. But the holes in the hub are so stripped out that the screw dropped in and out. One broke off in the hub. Been trying really hard to work with Jasion and they won't respond to my emails and when i contact them they tell me someone will be in contact with me and it never happens. Ive had to contact my bank to dispute them. All they had to do was make it right and they chose not to so now they will get massive free advertising from me!! DON'T BUY JASION JUNK!

@@Scott-yi7jc remember when you contact Support in China their language is very different than ours. They will use translation software. Try to restate your program and although it sounds funny, write it like a caveman would write it. All present tense, no plurals, no genders. let us know what happens.

They lie I have one they do not do the speed limit they claim. very uncomfortable and does not get seventy one miles on a single charge only thirty two miles

The seat is SUPER comfortable and the dual suspension and fat tires make X-Hunter one of the most comfortable bikes we have ever ridden. Ours has reached 30, video to follow. Try to not be so lazy and pedal a little to increase your range.

@@FreshandFeliciaMine only reaches 28MPH on pas 5 set to 99. It doesn’t do more than 30 unless you are going downhill.

And customer service is a scam. First test ride and screws were falling off the bike before I got off the driveway. No customer service and no parts. Don't waste your money.
