I am 54 and was owed $880k in construction 08 when people used the GFC as a excuse to not pay. I knew nothing about what was occurring until it happened. It took me 2 and half years to get the companies money. My friends in their early 40s are up to their eyeballs in cheap debt which roll over in 2 to 5 years. They only know rising asset prices using leverage against their paper equity in residential and commercial property. I attempted to warn them they thought I was missing out. I am waiting on the sidelines sleeping well and will buy some residential property when it is 40 to 50 cents from the high point of Nov 21 here in NZ. If it doesn’t happen I will never be a debt slave again- no need to just live within our means.

Making it out at a young age is quite difficult. I started a side hustle at 17, saved up and made some good investments. l'm 28,live on my own and having a good life for myself. Big ups to you and everyone out there trying

Been following george from the beginning. Im a young guy grew up in the worst conditions in the usa. started out in construction moved into real estate went all in in 09 knew it was a good time. 22 is not the same. Feel like capitalism doesn’t even exist with all this manipulation. but love what you and jason do. Many my age never built a business from the ground up. Have no interest or desire to understand the world around them. Its very sad. Definitely see how they “will own nothing and be happy” ..
