He's a total monster! Best central midfield of the world (with Schweinsteiger). He's absolutely brillant, fantastic anticipation, his technique is superb and he wins every head-duel. And on top of that, he's very intelligent, charismatic and very friendly person. Big player.

I think that he is a great addition for Bayern because his play let Schweinsteiger more freedom to go to attack while Javi can sweep midfield. He covers a lot of field. If needed Javi can distribute the ball and also go to attack. It gives many possibilities and defensive balance for Bayern's game.
