I was going to type that this setting protected his voice more, but he is emoting more than a song before (I saw live) and it's in Gillman. It's amazing this is possible. 85% of modern social popular media is worthless and ruins society. This is really neat. 25 years ago, most people were just learning about the internet.

"PLAY A NEW ONE!" lollll gotta love a comedian in the crowd. Really can't wait for the new stuff. Would be nice if they'd give studio treatment to a few of the better old abandoned songs.

@Eric Sirias Where did you hear that?? I wouldn't be surprised if those songs did turn out to be a new album tbh. Thorns songs always felt like they should've been Jawbreaker songs.

Unfortunately, Mr. Schwarzenbach has a bad habit of changing his songs. The longer they're out there before being recorded, the more different/slower they get (if we get them at all). I'm still pissed about not getting 'afterhour perfection' on orange rhyming dictionary, that was one of their best songs, and the first version blows away the later live shows (I uploaded the show from 98, look up jets to Brazil live at the crackhouse)
