If you only watched season one and then skipped to the final season, Jax would be unrecognizable. He really got a taste for killing. I know alot of it was because his heart turned cold after he watched Opie be beaten to death. I have a best friend that's been my brother since age five. He passed away when we were 35. That's 30 years of friendship and brotherhood. When u lose that it's brutal. My friend had alot of issues and he sadly committed suicide. That made it so much harder. Now I'm trying to imagine what watching him be beaten to death with a pipe would have done to me. I can see why Jax no longer cared about anything.

This is the first show where you can see a perfect character arc. I mean every time they’re broken you can see it and you can see them get deeper in. From the kidnapping, to Tara being kidnapped, to Opie and then the death of Tara. Each time you see Jack’s get less conflicted and more convicted as he descends deeper into madness. Never has a story been so well done

@@jayhollows5729 That wasn't his point.. he was saying Jax killed OTHER criminals who killed people as well... so the morals are little looser as opposed to other serial killers who murder innocent people. You can't compare Jax to someone who broke the law or did something immoral that's not killing. Jax is a bad man but he's not a labeled "psychopath" like your average serial killer. He was just part of a life where violence was inevitable/nessecary to survive.

Hunnam said once in an interview that he stopped focusing too much on trying to keep an American accent after season 1 because it was affecting his acting. There's a scene at the clubhouse with Jax & Chibs and it was laughably obvious that Hunnam was English.

Mercy for what? If I'm in a illegal buisness like that I would have already accepted my death a long time ago. I don't think I'd lose to them, their meeting scheduled and events are pretty predictable. Something like a bomb or poisen gas sent into their room during a meeting would do the trick.

No doubt about it. Way too sloppy and too many fuckups and loose ends (Gemma, Tig, etc) who do stupid shit out of emotion. But Jax knew they weren't at the level they were trying to operate at though. He told Romero at th end of season 5 "We're in way over our heads". One thing I give Jax credit for though, he cleaned up just about every single mess before the end. Too bad it cost him everything. I often wonder if CLay would've been able to keep the club in one piece had he never lost the gavel.

I can never understand what Volume of guns they speak of. They make AK's and Glocks sound like a cargo container shipment of iPhones. When he said Alvarez is in charge of distribution in Northern Cali. And I'm like What??? Are AK's and Glocks such a HOT item that they're easily distributed everywhere in Cali illegally? That's why when the VM attacked the Mayans after the deal Chibbs made it clear the deal was already in motion and blowing up the gun deal (which because of tarzas lie) they did. Wouldn't be good cause this was Jaxs last wishes for the club getting SAMCRO out of guns

@@georgebarnes8163 The Provisional IRA has been finished since 2005 after disarming under the good Friday agreement, these were just people calling themselves the IRA, but couldn't hold a candle to the Provisionals who fought the British army for 30 years, or the multi million euro drug cartels who now control the Irish drug trade, they're completely out gunned by the drug dealers. The Provisionals were only IRA that would of had the power to take them on. Anyone calling themselves the IRA after the peace process is a different story. Very small and insignificant groups.

I recently bought season 2 and season 4 but didn't want to go and buy the other seasons...I didn't have cable so never got the chance. I rarely buy full seasons but I will now. I cheated and went and looked ahead and I was crying over most of the deaths. The one that pissed me off was Jax... too unrealistic for him. But, I guess there wasn't any one else to kill him?!
