When Kristen asked her “Didn’t you go on a date?” the husband seemed just a wee bit bothered. More than necessary, and the BF acted as if she was glad he was bothered, but made it clear she wasn’t interested in her date just to ease his mind. Just my opinion of course. Also, I’ve never watched the show (Kristen’s voice drives me up a wall). I just watch these YT clips, but he always seems to look disheveled, disinterested, and just overall, over being on camera. If they broke up for real, and not just for the cameras, only to get back together for next season’s show, then I’m not surprised.

I don’t know too much about reality TV shows and what is fake and what is real. I get a sense that in this scene Jay and Kelly seemed a little too comfortable with each other. Jay hardly smiled and seemed happy with Kristen. When he is interacting with Kelly it seems more natural and easy. 🤔🤔

Truly though, when a guy (or a girl) says that they don’t want to get serious, it is not a matter of “he is 35 and he should be ready to want something serious”, it is a matter of whether he thinks you are the right person or not. If he isn’t feeling the chemistry for more than just playing around, it isn’t his age, it’s because for him you’re not the whole package for whatever reason. Other way around too. Most of us (men and women) have been on both sides of the coin, where you meet someone, and he (or she) just isn’t into it like you are, or when he is into it, and you know he is perfect marriage material, but he just doesn’t make you tick for whatever reason. It sucks that it has to be that way, but most of us have been on either side of that coin at one point or another. It’s pointless to fret about what you are doing wrong, when you think you are doing everything right, and he still isn’t into it the way you want him to be. People make themselves nuts wondering what they are doing wrong, when the answer comes down to chemistry. It is either there or it isn’t and nothing you can do changes that unfortunately. It is brutal to be on the receiving end of that, but we all have been at some point or another.

Damn man, when I watched this I always would think something was going on with Kelly and Jay, but didn't want to believe it because I thought he and Kristen were head over heels in love. I for sure think the rumors were true. She would always make sure she dressed a certain way around Jay, like in this clip when she says "I just noticed I wore all black to a baby shower" -that was her way of getting Jay to notice her outfit. Jay alsl always seemed jealous of when a guy was around for Kelly or when she talked about a guy.. and it was like she did it on purpose to piss him off right in front of Kristen. There were actually many times Kelly would say things that I truly think were digs at Kristen, or her smug little way of rubbing it in of what she and Jay were doing behind Kristen's back. Like at the very end when Jay was saying he got a new number 8 years ago and Kelly replied "believe you, me, I've got the new one". She makes soooo many comments like that throughout the show

I love how they just dismiss what sounds like a totally reasonable point: why are you in such a rush to get into a relationship, why dont you try getting to know the guy? They both just laugh and Kristin is like "she doesn't have time for that, shes looking for a husband." Kind of like you Kristin? Maybe that's why you are getting a divorce, because you didnt take the time to actually get to know your husband. The guy can smell the desperation, that's why he doesn't want to commit.

@PurpleRose7777 you missed the point. While there's nothing wrong with wanting to be married, what women like kelly are doing was wanting a guy to decide hes ready to marry her after one date. Unless it's an arranged marriage, it's kind of unreasonable to expect that no matter how attractive the woman is. And any woman who expects this is most likely not mentally stable. That's what jay was trying to express to kelly when she was talking about her date. Can you agree that after knowing someone a couple weeks is not long enough to know if you can marry them? In my book anyone that expects that of you is being unreasonable and marrying them is not going to turn out well in the long run? Am I being too logical and reasonable and right for you? Sorry you cant comprehend common sense. Not many are able to these days.

Being a body language enthusiast if you look at how the interaction between Jay and Kristin is very cold and opposing, (digs at one another, Kristin touching her hair while looking down as she’s interacting with Jay and BFF) Compare that to Jay and Kelly where there interaction is flirtatious and magnetizing (Jay subconsciously has to force himself to lean away from Kelly on the chairs). Reading the room, you can see that Kristin knows something’s up. But she’s too much of a narcissist to admit she’s being done dirty by her husband and BFF. The whole topic of Kelly talking about this man...seems kinda suspect now with the divorce. I wouldn’t doubt she was talking about her and Jay and how sick would that be.

We get it you have money and two homes. Sounds like you pretty lonely with zero friends. I’ll take my group of friends that are family to me over any amount of money. Material things don’t make you rich! You are rich if you give and receive love from the closest people in your life. You are rich if you have thousands of memories of laughing and having fun with loved ones, you are rich if you have people in your life that will do anything for you to help you out at the drop of a hat. You are a million times more rich if you live in a very modest home that is filled with laughter, love and happiness than the person who lives in a great big million dollar mansion by himself and just ends up roaming around the house late at night lonely and sad. Money is the root of all evil, I’ll take the small cramped modest HOME filled with my loved ones who bring love and happiness into my life every time over a multimillion dollar empty HOUSE. There is a huge difference between a home and a house, and I’ll take the home every single time 👍
