There is nothing called a 'budget' 4K projector. And remember that since these devices are expensive, there's no way Jayce can get hold of them and test them for us. The Wemax Nova is a 2021 product and much water has passed under the bridge since. Every major brand has 4K offerings, and some offer 4K, Laser and Ultra Short Throw function in one device. Prices start at around 2000, and go up to 5000 USD. The top rated brands in the category are Formovie and Hisense, while Xiaomi, BenQ, Optoma, LG, Epson, JVC etc all have decent offerings.

Formovie V10 should be not that expensive 4K projector.

I've been binge watching a lot of your videos the past week, loving your quality production and fun style of presentation! I happen to be interested in 3 options you reviewed, available in my country at these respective prices: 1. Xiaomi Mijia Smar Projector 2 Pro ($650) 2. Xiaomi Smart Compact Projector 2 ($495) 3. Wanbo T6 Max ($323) Not really in a specific budget, just looking for something I'd be content with for the next 3-4 years. Do you think it's still worth going for the Mijia Projector 2 Pro at that price? Or should I just save some by getting the Xiaomi Compact or wanbo t6 Max?

Tough decision. I don't like 3 of them. (assume the 1st one is global model). 😅 There are better one with nicer colours in my top projector chart. Do check them out...

@@jayceooi Thanks for the reply! Yeah I know, they're either old products or hardly great performers 😅 Sadly, WEMAX models aren't available at all where I'm at, and shipping cost + tax is easily 80% the price of the projector itself..

On second thought, I'll just save up some more on grabbing the the Wemax Vogue Pro if it's the much better option. Anyway thanks for your input, I really appreciate it!

Forget about LUMOS projectors. They are way overpriced. You can get the same model cheaper on other brands. By the way, it is just 3000 Lumens. Not ANSI. For that price range, you better get WEWATCH V50.

Ezcast beam h3 is telling us that its 200 ansi lumens is equal to 10500 lumens. Is it accurate? I m getting it in realy good price. Will u recommend it. I will use it for netflix, anime and casual gaming
