Its just the beginning for you! This is when Su-Metal(Lead) was 16, Yui-Metal(left) & Moa-Metal(right) were 14yrs old. Su is 22now and Moa 20. Yui left the band ending 2018 due to health issues & pursue a solo career. Su & Moa still keeping it real. These girls and the band work there asses off!!!!

fun fact : BABYMETAL is the first band that destroy all the door from Japan to the west music audience and Metal World. most people from outside Japan have heard 2 or 3 band to none from Metal genre but since Babymetal broke the door , now many band from Japan have gain more fans outside their country.

Ah, how I love to see our girls making people smile! :-D Thank you! Can you imagine being a 14-year-old girl and having the chance to aim a smoke cannon at thousands of people cheering at you? Must have been a great moment for them. Unfortunately, the outstanding guitarist who played this solo died in January 2018 at age 36 after having fallen from an observation platform while stargazing. The live performances are so delightful to watch because the crowd is into the show 100% with the band. It warms my heart to see these ladies getting that much support from that large of a fanbase. Also for this song in particular during the quiet parts, Su's vocals are really haunting.

You keep mentioning the band. They are called "Kamiband" And they themselves are the equivalent of a super group put together just to support the girls. Each member of the band has a regular gig in other bands/teaching positions around the country. And they rotate out as needed depending on scheduling.

I am a Metalhead since i was 8 years old right now I have 32 years, 24 years listen to heavy music and i never see something like this! Babymetal became my favorite band period... But the funny or sad thing is that the first time a listen to them was in the 2014 and was gimme chocolate... And i was like ught WTF is this!!! This is f#@%ing wrong!! I was a fool... Can you believed that!? Haha i give them a second chance 4 years later... Yeah you read right... I wasted 4 years until i give them a second oportunity and was one of the videos you react today... Road of Resistance live in Japan after that everything is history i am a die hard fan man for me they are the best thing that happen to Metal music, what is more amazing is that at 17 and 15 year old that girls kick's so much ass!! in the Road of Resistance live video they have that ages and that was a sold out 20,000 crowd concert, the most amazing thing is that in the 2016 they sold out the mitic Tokyo Dome 55,000 sold out crowd two night's in a row total 110,000!! and the two night's have a diferent set list!! No one song was play it twice, their support band is called The Kami Band (band of gods) they literaly are gods in their instruments some of the best musicians of the Metal music scene in Japan! If you live in Europe, just check tour dates, because babymetal just started the European Tour Last Week, and there are going be more than 20 shows in Europe, including main stages in festival like HellFest, Rock am ring, Graspop, etc.

Nobody does what Babymetal does as well as Babymetal does. They basically invented a new metal sub-genre. :-) Not many can deliver such energy. Energizer Bunnies is what they are. :-) Imagine being at a show for an hour or 1 and half of that, you'll have a hard time getting back home because of being exhausted. LOL Babymetal shows it all comes together, the heavy music, the performance of the girls (young ladies now), the musicianship, the showmanship, etc. but the best part is when the audience is into it. Then it all goes up a notch. Like "go up to 11 !"

If you think watching their videos is intense. You need to see them live. I was lucky enough to catch one of their US tours in Austin. Seeing them live is on a whole different level!

It didn't get played for a while, so when they played it on their US tour last year we were all happy to see it. I caught them in DC and it was easily the best show I've ever been to in my life, and I'm a 40 year old metal head. There are so many bands who are just absolutely terrible live. They never sound even close to as good as on their recordings. BABYMETAL is not like that. They consider themselves more performing artists than recording artists, and they are ALWAYS better live! There is so much you get out of their live shows you could never hope to even dream of getting from their albums.
