He is the chief engineer and does all the videos for new owners of Corvette since the C5 models and on but was there before to. He makes the big decisions. But alot of people love the C6 great C7 model apparently the C8 is better.

I think you can get a beautiful car without all the extra stuff for around 60,000, I probably should’ve just went with the standard with the Z 51 package in the magnetic ride control but you only live once I’m over 50 years old I’ve worked hard my whole life so I went for it.

I agree as I love European cars because of the way there built. Over 20 years I Ben Painting cars one thing I can point out was the cheap plastic interior parts on all American cars build.. so it’s about time they step up in the game with a American super car and a very good price ..I think if United States step up with building low budget cars with aluminum body shell and premium interior and aluminum suspension where there not cutting corners they will control the car market like it use to be ..because this corvette is competing with European super cars and a very straight forward price it shows that cars can be made cheaper as we have improved in technology ..

I personally thought the Expedition was nice but man they didn't hide the fact that they basically copied the exterior of the Suburban. The powertrain is nice although the engine feels like it was dulled compared to the F-150. Still not much Eco in the Ecoboost. Some interior parts nicer than the GM SUV's and other parts much cheaper. Especially the top of the dash, which was warped in the Expedition I drove.

@@hochhaul and that's another thing people tend to forget in that market...that GMC is part of the sales of GM. The Sierra and Silverado for example. It's a shame GM put themselves in the position they were in. And I feel like they could've at least made a better effort to compete in the fleet market...after the Caprice was done all taxis and most police cars were Crown Vics. Kudos to Ford but that was a huge market with big profits. And still till this day many cities are using Tauruses and Explorers. Why have the gas guzzling Charger when you can have a pretty fast twin turbo 6. I also think with the huge market with our young folks Pontiac would've done well...but they wanted to keep Buick around and not piss off an older loyal customer base...it's pretty interesting thinking what Pontiac could've done. I love Buick, especially the older models like the Gran Sport and Riviera, but GM had Cadillac and with Oldsmobile fading out I guess they felt they needed to hang on to Buick. But now look...heated seats and most of the creature comforts are on the lowest or cheapest models now. A fully loaded Cruze now has more than any Cadillac did a few years ago...maybe not more but close lol.

Love the car, love the show. The price of this car proves, the fact that cars like this can be built at a much more reasonable price than car manufacturers have had people believe. I hope this changes the whole automobile retail industry.

Truly a marvel, my brother last year acquired a c8 in Lake Blue, curious what he will do with his, our mother would never get in the c7, and with the c8, she can't even understand how the engine sits behind her, to say the least she holds on for dear life, what I can say, in 2014 when the c7 was relatively new... I remember driving on sunset, and literally people would walk onto the street just to say hi and ask what is it....didn't even matter if a ferrari adjacent...and when I said American...nothing but cheers...
