I believe when Margaret watched the baby being born, she was hallucinating. She was technically already pregnant so her already weird visions were amplified. The regular babies were being birthed in the normal hospital wing, while the ones from the Scianna girls were being birthed in that dungeon looking place lol.

I think we’ve had great horror this year but the first omen almost instantly took over the number 1 spot…I haven’t jumped or gagged at a horror movie in forever 😩😩😩 And not to be on of those girlies but I think the intro is one of the best in a hot minute… the final destination ass intro and then the super lovely music with the shots of Rome… pure cinema imo

Such a surprise to me on how great this movie was especially being a prequel like I genuinely loved it. I was so disturbed at points in the movie but the first mouth drop was the hand coming out the pregnant woman.
